The Zon Regency Hotel was officially inaugurated on April 18 1999 by then Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad. The Zon Regency Hotel, located next to the near El Zon Johor Bahru, is wholly owned by DFZ Capital Berhad and subsidiary of Naluri Corporation Berhad. A total of 400 elegantly designed rooms and suites in 16 floors of the hotel. The services and facilities provided by the hotel are designed for all tastes, whether you are here for vacation or business. The hotel is also a provider of Reunion, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition (MICE) facilities in the southern region of Peninsular Malaysia.

As mentioned earlier, the Zon Regency is a business class hotel offers a total of 400 rooms that have been carefully designed to provide comfort and luxury to its guests which consists of 367 rooms and 33 suites. Arriving at The Zon Regency will find that the hotel offers comfort, convenience and breathtaking views of the surrounding area of the city of Johor Bahru as well as that of the neighboring country of Singapore. The rooms are divided into four categories namely, Luxury Suite, Club Suite, Club Suite and Deluxe Corner Suite where guests can choose according to their budget.

Club Deluxe Suites are located on the 15th floor Club Suites can be found at Level 16, while the Corner Suites are located in every corner of level 8 to level 15. Each of the rooms have been tastefully decorated and come with standard facilities that you would normally find. Customers who normally make their way into the 16th floor Club Lounge where you will find the check-in. This is also where guests can enjoy their breakfast and the cocktail before dinner. Guests staying at the Club will find luxurious rooms are equipped with additional facilities such as bathrooms, desks, refrigerator, disposable slippers, extra bathroom and a mini bar for guests who want to concoct your own cocktails. The Club Suite has additional services that guests can enjoy, such as disposable slippers, sofa sets, bathrobes and a life that includes additional TV room.
